Please note the following from Boston University:
Notwithstanding implementation of these and other precautions, due to the highly contagious nature of the virus that causes COVID-19, the risk of exposure cannot be eliminated and therefore attendees must assume the risk of virus exposure.
A vaccine card, a photocopy or digital image of a vaccine card, or other official record of vaccination will be accepted.
Covid-19 symptoms include fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, and/or diarrhea.
In light of financial commitments associated with hosting TABS Summer Session, subject to the following, TABS will not be able to issue refunds to attendees within 30 days of the event. Requests for refunds more than 30 days before the event may be submitted in writing to TABS and in all circumstances are subject to a $100 processing fee.
Attendees may at any time prior to the event transfer registration to another staff member of the school for the 2022 Summer Session, or may receive a credit on behalf of the school to be used to attend TABS 2023 Summer Session or Annual Conference without incurring a processing fee. Requests for refunds within 30 days prior to the event by persons whose attendance is prohibited under these procedures, and those who experience non-Covid related medical emergencies, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis with pertinent documentation. No weather-related refunds will be granted.
