TABS has and will continue to closely monitor and incorporate CDC, state, city, and county public health and safety guidance as we plan for the 2022 Summer Session.

Attendees will be required to comply with all event safety procedures.

In light of the rapidly changing nature of the Covid-19 pandemic, TABS has implemented the below safety procedures.

If you have questions about a possible medical exemption, please email

Please note the following from Boston University:

  1. A negative COVID-19 test is not accepted instead of the vaccine requirement.
  2. BU cannot provide attendees with COVID-19 testing or medical support

Notwithstanding implementation of these and other precautions, due to the highly contagious nature of the virus that causes COVID-19, the risk of exposure cannot be eliminated and therefore attendees must assume the risk of virus exposure.

In-person institute attendees will be required to:

Provide proof of Covid-19 full vaccination at registration

A vaccine card, a photocopy or digital image of a vaccine card, or other official record of vaccination will be accepted.

Comply with any Summer Session physical distancing requirements

Wash hands frequently

No weather-related refunds will be granted.
