Embracing Difficult Conversations
Do you enjoy having difficult conversations? How much training have you had in facilitating challenging moments with adults? As a school leader you will inevitably be called upon to engage in a challenging conversation with an adult member of your school. In this session, we will look at strategies and techniques to help you facilitate even the most difficult of talks.
