    Kathy joined Marts & Lundy in 2008 as a Senior Consultant, bringing nearly 20 years of experience at independent schools. She served as leader of the Schools practice from 2011 – 2015.

    Prior to joining the firm full-time, Kathy served at Baylor School as Assistant Head/Vice President for Advancement & External Affairs. In this capacity, she directed development, admissions and financial aid, alumni relations, parent relations, communications, marketing, and summer programs at the 1,200-student day/boarding school. Prior to Baylor School, Kathy served as Director of Institutional Advancement at The Fessenden School in West Newton, MA, from 1994-1999.

    Kathy’s nationally known expertise in marketing led NAIS to select Kathy as editor of The NAIS Handbook on Marketing Independent Schools (published 2011). Kathy is an active volunteer and presenter at workshops and seminars. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of The Enrollment Management Association.
