Kate Saunders has over twenty years of experience in college and boarding school admissions and last spring was promoted to Assistant Head of School for Tilton. She is a boarding school graduate and has dedicated her career to helping build school communities through assertive market research projects and marketing and communication strategies. She has led enrollment growth plans for multiple organizations while maintaining the quality of the student body and the loyalty to the school mission. Through building stronger school communities with a universal culture of marketing advocates…teachers, administrators and admission professionals all know the value of an admission centered approach to recruiting and retaining great students. Kate helps move institutions forward strategically. Kate has conducted a variety of presentations at TABS, SBSA, ISANNE, TABS, IECA, SSAT and Whipple Hill, topics include: Applying College Admission Tactics to the Boarding School World, The Power of Branding, 9th grade Program Marketing and Integration, Cost Effective Marketing Strategies and other current topics of the boarding school industry. In the summer, Kate has developed curriculum and is a member teaching faculty for the TABS Bootcamp for New Faculty and the Admissions Academy for New Admissions Professionals. Kate is by nature a collaborator and truly loves the unique gift of the boarding school experience and enjoys helping others professionally develop their skills so that all of our schools are stronger.
